Self Care Every Day

Every person needs to take time for themselves. Especially women, because we often juggle kids, home, and career in our hectic schedules. Even if you aren’t a parent and working in any type of profession, you still need to care for yourself mind, body and spirit.

There are many wonderful ways you can pamper yourself and detox your body into feeling it’s best. I’m a busy mom, who home school’s and works from home, so believe me I know how hectic your day can get. Yet, I still take time for myself, to excercise, meditate, visualize or rejuvenate.

I believe it is very important for your physical and mental well being to find ways to relax and pamper yourself.

Me time is your best time

Before you think about how much it will cost or convince yourself you can’t afford fancy spa days or fancy products, I’m here to tell you, you can.

My favorite products are not expensive at all. I usually wait for a huge sale, to rack up on all my favs, so I’ll always have my supply of goodies.

There are also wonderful recipes you could even make at home yourself. Imagine that, a spa in your own home .?


From the San Francisco Bay to Miami Beach, I can't live without sunshine and the ocean. I am a single mom of three amazing children.
