Intro: What does “energy vibration” mean?
The energy that flows through you and around you, if it is low you will feel tired and unmotivated. When it is high, you will feel full of energy and very optimistic. There are things you can do, that will raise your vibration, and there are things you can do that will lower your vibration.
It all depends on you, and your will power to maintain a balance within yourself and your environment. No one will always need to have the highest energy vibration at all times, because that is not reasonable or human.
Human beings are creatures full of energy, good, bad, and everything else in between. We operate with emotions, feelings, never ending thoughts, and a will to survive.
Sometimes our will to survive is so strong, that we do not pay attention to our metaphysical energy. We have this mindset that if we have an income, and take care of our responsibilities, we are ok and doing well in life.
Well, those of us who are a bit more enlightened to more than our physical and mental selves, know, that there is much more to the human experience then one can see, or has been taught. When you pay attention to your energy vibration, and do the work to keep it balance, you will live a more balanced and fulfilled life.
I have gathered 11 of my favorites ways to raise our energy vibration. If I have missed something that you usually do, please leave a comment at the end of the article to tell me all about it.
Here are the 11 high vibe activities to raise our energy vibration. The best part of each activity is that they are all free to do right at home, or in your neighborhood.
1. Soak up the sun
Soaking up the sun- At least 10-20 minutes a day should be enjoyed in the outdoors with the sun shining. Make sure you wear light clothes, and have some water close by, in case it gets too hot.
Also, be sure to use and SPF 30 or above lotion, and a spray for mosquitos. While you are out there, listen to the sounds of nature.
The birds, the wind, watch the clouds move, and watch the sun peek in and out of the clouds. The sun gives natural vitamin C and k. Which can help us fight off virus’s and infections.
2. Going for a walk
Walking is absolutely the best exercise in the world. It works every muscle in your entire body, and when done regularly you can lose excess weight. Same as soaking up the sun, pay attention to nature when you are walking outdoors.
Say hello to a tree, say hello to your neighbors, and to the people who work in your community.
Sounds like a drag, I know…. But, decluttering is one of the best ways to clear up blocked or stagnate energy, If something is moving slow in your life, or not happening as fast as you would like, go through all of your things to make sure you have nothing around that doesn’t serve you.
Do not keep old bills, magazines, flyers, invitations, or anything that is dated and not useful around. Donate old clothes, shoes, and linens that you know for sure that you will never use again. My motto is, If I have not touched it in 6 months, I do not need it.
Cleaning is going a bit further than just decluttering. Have you ever wondered why, after you have cleaned your entire house, you feel happier and less anxious?
That is because you have removed film and grime from your surroundings, allowing a positive flow of energy to move freely in and around all your living spaces.
Journaling is great because you are writing down your thoughts, your hopes, and dreams, to have in print, to reflect on later.
It is a great way to see how your mindsets changes throughout the months. Its also great to reflect on the things that meant the most to you and compare with what means the most to you in the present.
Do not make journaling a hard task. It does not have to be anything specific, just write what you feel. Ask yourself questions and leave room to answer them later when you have gained more insight.
I should not have to tell you how amazing the practice of yoga is. There are so many different styles, and different ways to practice.
You can start off with just a few poses a day, until you become more dedicated to your practice. There are poses, that everyone, no matter the fitness abilities, can do easily.
For instance, I hurt my knee bad. I was not able to do any type of exercise for months, I was even bed ridden for about a month. I started slowly stretching, walking, and doing standing yoga to strengthen my knee.
Its not 100% yet, but I can feel my knee getting stronger every day. It is also great for your overall wellbeing, mental, physical, and emotional.
Practicing yoga, whether for 10 minutes or two hours will drastically raise your vibration energy in no time.
Just like yoga, meditation is a great practice for your overall well-being. Training your mind to be still in the moment, is not easy.
The more you do it, the better you will be at it. The best part about it, is you can pretty much close your eyes and meditate anywhere.
If its tales your mind a while to calm down, do not fret, just let yourself wander with your thoughts, to wherever they want to take you.

Music is wonderful in raising your energy vibration. It does not have to be any specific genre, but if you want your music to affect you in a positive way, make sure the music you listen to has a positive message.
Music that is sad or too emotional might make you recall sad or emotional times or memories. Listen to music that gives you energy, makes you want to dance, or make you want to love on somebody.
Dancing is one of the oldest ways to raise your vibration. It is also very good exercise. You do not need the best dance moves, or an audience.
All you need is music to get you going. Just flow with the rhythm of the music, allow your body to move freely, and really be present at the moment
All exercise is great for your health, especially your heart. Any exercise will raise your energy vibration. The exercise workouts that I favor are body building, weightlifting, and body weight exercise.
Body building makes you strong. It strengthens your entire body and will build muscle that will burn fat even when you are not working out.
That is what I love most about body building. You do not need to lift very heavy weights, or do a million squats, you can pace yourself.
Start very simple, by doing a few reps and work your way up. My favorite exercises are hip raises, deadlifts, leg raises, pushups, and dumbbell arm raises.
I feel great and look even better after each workout. Bodybuilding gives you strength and confidence which is one of the best formulas for raising your energy vibration.
11. Setting Intentions
Setting intentions are a practice that is more powerful than just journaling and writing down your goals.
To set an intention is very specific. You must focus wholeheartedly on the object of your desire; you must believe with all you might and soul that what you long for will manifest.
You must put it out there, then develop a mindset like you already have it. That is the basis of the Law of Attraction.
You cannot be indecisive, or unsure. You must be completely settled on the idea, whatever it is. You must be sure this is what you want, and you must envision yourself being happy and fulfilled once you have obtained it.
Setting intentions are one of the most, if not the most, powerful ways to raise your energy vibration.

Think of it more like, whenever you need a pick me up, whichever of the 11 activities that can be done at the moment, and enjoyed mindfully, is the best thing for you to do.
