

Intro
Before we get into our list of 25 Mantras to Manifest, we first have to put our mind, body, and spirit in the perfect alignment to manifest all that we desire.
First, we have to take inventory, we need to figure out what we need, what we are missing. We have to take a moment and disconnect from the outer world and be present for ourselves.
Nourishment
To give ourselves the best chance to manifest what we desire most, we have to make sure we are giving our bodies what we need. We cannot treat our physical being, like a dumpster, then expect to manifest our dreams and goals.
We have to be mindful of what we eat, and what we put in our bodies.
When we wake up, we need a glass of warm water with lime, to flush out mucus and help with elimination. Next, we need a hearty breakfast. I know this may be a hard sell for some, I was one of those people who never ate breakfast, and I can attest that I have been overweight my entire adult life because I did not know how to nourish myself properly.
Breakfast should be your biggest meal, eat whatever you like. Just make sure to include fruits, veggies, fiber, and protein.

For lunch, you do not need to eat as heartily, but you can still have whatever you like, in moderation. Do not forget to sip your warm beverage.
For dinner, this should be your lightest meal, and it should be had before 6 pm. I know this may be hard for busy people, but who said manifesting your idea life was easy? Your body needs 4-5 hours to digest food. So if you eat before you go to bed, you will never receive the full benefits of resting, such as cell repair and a metabolism boost. You will rest better, and feel amazing the next day when you do not spend your entire night’s sleep digesting food.

Hydration
We already covered a bit about the importance of drinking warm water throughout the day. To go a bit further, water detoxes your entire being. Warm water detoxes better and faster, add lime and you are now a detoxing machine.
You should drink half of your body weight in water every day. You might not make that goal, but you can at least try. Drink water room temp or warm. Get into the habit of having tea periodically throughout the day, and stay away from gulping down cold sugary drinks.
A nourished and properly hydrated body is a vessel for optimal manifesting!
Meditation

Any time you can take a moment to yourself, use that time to reflect on what you love about yourself, your life, and your surroundings. Visualize the life you want to live. My favorite time to visualize is in the shower or during my yoga workout. Wake up a bit earlier to make time to meditate and ground yourself for the time.
If you have a hard time focusing on one thing, do not stress about it, just let your mind wander, or visualize colors, that represents one of your 7 chakras.
Meditation is the key to using your mind to manifest your ideal life.
Self Care

Paying yourself attention is what self-care is about. That can mean taking time for yourself to workout, taking care of your skin and appearance, taking a bath, whatever makes you feel good about yourself, is self-care.
Self-care is important to manifesting because if you feel good, your vibration will be high, and that is the power behind, manifestation.
Keep a Journal
Writing down your innermost thoughts, dreams, goals, and aspirations for your future is a great way to manifest those desires. You could even just write down all the things you are grateful for, putting that energy into words is as good as any spell.
Telling the universe what you are grateful for, is like writing yourself a prescription to receive more and more happiness and abundance.
Spend Time in Nature

Spending time with the elements is the surest way to raise your vibrational energy, to manifest all that you desire. The blue sky, the sun, the wind, the earth below your feet, listening to nature’s beautiful sounds gives us an unlimited amount of universe energy, straight from the highest source.
If you live near an ocean, lake, or river, take a walk by it, water represents the flow of abundance. Bring nature into your home with flowers, plants, stones, and even a mini waterfall.
If you have a backyard or a porch, sit outside and soak up the sun every day, for 10-20 minutes. The vitamin C will do wonders for your overall help.
